Description

• ToLCD resistance and also suitable for low-cost Nethouse/ protected cultivation.
• Average fruit Weight: 90-95 g
• Yield Potential: 3.5-4.5 kg/plant.
• High lycopene 6.83 6.83 mg/100g fresh fruit, uniform color (A/B ratio:2.68) in the processed product.
• High TSS (5.2 degree B); Paste recovery 17%; 40% (Puree)

Description

Plants determinate; fruits round, medium, suitable for long distance transportation, available from March end to May end, field resistant to nematodes.

Description

It is a cross between Pusa-120 x Chikoo. Plants determinate; fruits medium, round, yellow stem end, uniform ripening, good for long distance transportation. Sowing from mid October to mid December in North Indian plains.

Pusa Gaurav
Description

It is a selection from cross of Glamour (Exotic) x Watch (exotic). Plants determinate; fruits egg shaped, uniformly red and thick skin and two locules, high TSS suitable for long distance transportation and processing.

Suitable for spring-summer and kharif seasons. Yield 40.0 t/ha.

 

 

 

Pusa Ruby
Description

It is selection from cross Sioux x Improved Meeruti. Indeterminate, early; fruits medium in size, slightly furrowed, uniform red, slightly acidic in taste, 4-5 loculed, good for juice and ketchup.

 

Salient Feature

Suitable for Autumn-Winter and Spring-Summer seasons in the northern plains; first picking in 60-65 days after transplanting. Yield 30.0 t/ha.
