Description
This variety is recommended by All India Coordinated Research Project (Vegetable Crops) for cultivation in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand states. Dark green color pods having 6–7 seeds/pod.
Salient Feature
Fusarium wilt resistant early variety of garden pea. It is also tolerant to high temperature environment prevalent in north Indian plains and lower hills at the time of early sowing (October). Harvesting time 50–55 days after sowing in early October. Pod yield 4.5–5.0 t/ha during early sowing and 9.0–10.0 t/ha in normal sowing (November) condition
