We have several models of compensation payable to ZTM & BPD. Although the services provided by ZTM & BPD are offered on commercial basis, the objective of ZTM & BPD is to help these ventures succeed in the market place. The rewards that ZTM & BPD expects in normally linked to risk it shares with the venture being incubated.
