Business plan, selection by ZTM &BPD Board, License agreement with the Institute, Synergy MOU with ZTM &BPD AND IARI. Financial stability. Space utilization charges in the form of cash and / or equity / deferred loan / in-kind services.

How to apply

ZTM & BPD invites applications from potential technology start-ups to avail the services of ZTM & BPD. The process of Selection is detailed under Selection Process.

Application may have the following details:

Name of the Applicant, his address, Telephone, email id and complete educational background and experience details of all the promoters team. A brief idea about the technology and business, type of research or development assistance needed, availability of start-up capital, services expected from ZTM & BPD and declaration that the details shared are not any trade or commercial secret. Restrictions:
No routine marketing permissible from ZTM & BPD; residency period normally not more than 2 years.
Management:
Policy formulation by ZTM & BPD Advisory Committee and day to day administration by ZTM & BPD.
